About the Role:
As a Concierge, you are more than a point of contact—you are the creator of unforgettable memories. Whether it's securing a last-minute reservation, curating custom itineraries, or arranging VIP transport, your mission is to make every moment seamless and special.
What You'll Do:
• Provide tailored recommendations and concierge services with warmth and discretion
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local area, including cultural events, dining, and excursions
• Build relationships with guests and anticipate their needs
• Work closely with Reception, Housekeeping, and F&B teams to elevate the guest journey
Who You Are:
✓ Previous experience in a 4- or 5-star hospitality environment
✓ Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
✓ Strong local knowledge of Montenegro and nearby regions
✓ Discreet, proactive, and solutions-oriented
✓ Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
