Position: Chef de Partie

Overview:
A dynamic and experienced Chef de Partie is sought to join a high-caliber kitchen team operating in an upscale rooftop dining environment. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, leadership, and dedication to food excellence, contributing to a vibrant culinary experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present high-quality dishes aligned with established culinary standards
- Supervise and support the development of junior kitchen staff
- Ensure full compliance with hygiene, safety, and cleanliness protocols
- Collaborate with the Head Chef in menu development and stock control, with a focus on rooftop dining service
- Maintain consistency in food preparation and presentation across all service periods
- Efficiently manage kitchen operations during peak service hours
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 3–4 years of experience in a hotel restaurant environment
- Proficient in English (spoken and written)
- Clean criminal record
- Must be willing to relocate independently (single status)
- Open to Latin American applicants
Contract & Compensation:
- Salary: €1100 – €1500 NET per month
- Contract duration: 1 year, with an option to extend
- Working hours: 9 hours per day, 1 day off per week
- Shared staff accommodation provided (private room)
- Two meals included daily: breakfast and lunch
- Work permit and flight costs covered by employer
