Job Summary:
The Head of Social Media is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy that promotes brand awareness, engages target audiences, and drives business results. - Create and curate social media content, including text, images, and videos, that aligns with brand messaging and marketing objectives.
- Manage social media accounts and communities, including monitoring comments and messages, responding to customer inquiries, and engaging with followers.
- Collaborate with other departments within the organization, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to align social media efforts with overall business objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences and understand consumer behavior and preferences.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies to ensure that social media efforts are executed on time and on budget.
- Analyze social media performance metrics, including reach, engagement, and conversion rates, and use data to inform future social media strategies.
- Continuously test and optimize social media campaigns to improve performance and increase engagement.
- Stay up-to-date on social media marketing best practices and trends, and incorporate new ideas and strategies into social media marketing campaigns.
