Job Description: The Administrative Assistant / Transaction Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient real estate transactions. This role requires a detail-oriented and proactive individual with excellent organizational and communication skills. The ideal candidathe will have experience in real estate transactions (or similar industry), be comfortable with technology, and possess a strong customer service ethic.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Fluent in English and Serbian (reading, writing, speaking) is required, and Russian fluency is a plus.
