Key Responsibilities:
· Drive Growth: Help implement sales strategies to significantly increase inbound tourism to Montenegro.
· Create & Innovate: Assist in developing compelling travel packages that showcase the beauty and culture of our region.
· Build Global Connections: Support relationships with international clients, understand their travel dreams, and turn them into reality.
· Collaborate & Excel: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to smash targets and ensure every client is thrilled.
· Shape the Future: Conduct market insights and use client feedback to continuously improve our offerings and stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications:
· People Person: Exceptional customer service and communication skills – you love making clients happy.
· Organized & Detail-Focused: You thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and itineraries with ease.
· Tourism Enthusiast: Basic knowledge of Montenegro's tourism scene and a passion to learn more.
· Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with Microsoft Office, booking systems, and CRM tools. Knowledge of digital marketing and social media can also be advantageous.
· Language Pro: Fluent in English; additional languages are a major plus for our international clientele!
· Solid Foundation: High school diploma required; a degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or Business is a strong advantage.
· Experience Advantage: Minimum 1 year in sales support or customer service – travel industry experience is a bonus!
