Join our team and support our HR operations! We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to manage daily HR processes and ensure smooth administrative procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing employment contracts, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
Handling employee files and documentation, and collaborating with tax authorities.
Preparing and processing work permit documentation.
Assisting in drafting HR policies, procedures, and legal documents.
Maintaining and updating employee records in HR software.
Supporting employees with necessary employment certificates and related documentation.
Preparing reports and assisting in the execution of the annual HR plan.
Managing employee accommodation and keeping accurate records.
Maintaining staffing plans and tracking workforce needs.
Participating in various HR functions, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
Providing daily support to employees and ensuring clear communication.
