Responsibilities:
- Active search for partners and clients.
- Negotiations, conducting showings of objects.
- Maintaining internal documentation (knowledge of Word Exel), pages in social networks.
- Maintaining a database of clients and objects.
- Analysis of the real estate market
- Working with the manager of channels
- Working with online aggregators (Booking, Airbnb, Expedia).
- Working with the guest from "A to Z"
- Interaction with state authorities ( Opshtina, tax office - together with the owner, CEDIS, EPCG).
Requirements:
- Languages: English + Montenegrin - obligatory, Russian as a plus.
- Stress resistance
- Readiness for non-routine schedule (in season).
- Availability of a car, driving experience.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Experience in rental (long and short term) and sales in the Montenegrin market from three years.
- Excellent knowledge of the main travel booking systems (Booking, Airbnb, Expedia).
- Experience working with real estate agencies in Montenegro
- knowledge of ways to attract clients
- Experience of working with premium segment.
