Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Cost Control Manager located in Sveti Stefan. This role requires the creation of an accounting system to track and control the movement of goods in the restaurant and hotel (food, household goods, inventory, etc.) with correct recording of business transactions in the database.
Key Responsibilities
• Work with primary documentation in the accounting programme with data entry of raw materials, goods and services, payments made, write-offs of products and materials, inventory results, etc;
• Creation and entry of technological and calculation cards in the accounting programme;
• Cost control and trade mark-up of finished products;
• Purchasing and price monitoring;
• Organisation of monthly inventories, analysis of the results obtained, review of these results with employees, control of stock balances, reconciliation with suppliers;
• Preparation of internal reports to the management;
• Registration of work permits for the company's employees.
Requirements
• Experience in warehouse and management accounting in ABACUS programme;
• Conversational English;
• Knowledge of technological processes in the hospitality and restaurant industry;
• Knowledge of Montenegrin legislation in these industries;
• Confident user of office programmes (Excel, Word, etc.) and office equipment;
• Ability to meet deadlines, attentiveness, responsibility, honesty;
• Analytical state of mind.
