General Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in field sales
- Experience in managing sales targets and acquiring new customers
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Clear and confident speech
- Goal-oriented and focused on results
- Able to work actively in the field
- Holder of a Category B driving license and able to drive
- Knowledge of English (B1 level) or Montenegrin language
Job Description
- Visit potential customers in assigned areas and promote products and services
- Manage sales targets and quotas effectively
- Build a new customer portfolio and strengthen relationships with existing customers
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports
- Represent the company professionally in the field
