Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Consultant based in Montenegro (hybrid/remote), with work from home flexibility or one of our offices in Tivat or Podgorica.
Your impact
As a (junior) Finance Consultant, you’ll make an impact by:
- Advising clients on enhancing performance and digitalizing their Finance Functions.
- Supporting transformation of clients' Finance Functions concerning processes, organization, and systems.
- Helping clients optimize and harmonize end-to-end Finance processes (accounting, budgeting, forecasting, etc.).
- Designing and implementing target operating models aligning with client growth strategies.
- Designing and implementing finance tools and systems, with opportunities for training and certification.
You will work in close collaboration with our partners from Belgium, being guided & coached on a daily basis by your project manager in order to support your personal growth & development while making sure we bring the best value to our clients.
About you
- Master's degree in economics, business engineering, or a relevant economic major.
- Fluency in English, with an emphasis on articulating complex business and data topics.
- Strong analytical skills, especially with Microsoft Excel; BI tools are a plus.
- Critical, client-oriented, and excellent communication skills.
- Eager to learn and develop, with a growth mindset.
- Enjoys tackling complex cases and sees opportunities within constraints.
This position emphasizes personal development, collaboration with international partners, and a proactive approach to client service within the finance domain. It’s ideally suitable for recent graduates or candidates with up to 3-5 years of relevant experience. Candidates must have Montenegrin citizenship or permanent residence as we do not sponsor work permits.
