Rockstar Yachts d.o.o., a proud member of the Rockstar Yachts group, is thrilled to announce the new position in the luxury upscale office in Tivat, Porto Montenegro. We are committed to further developing the motorboat business in Montenegro and are looking for dynamic individual to join our team.
Position: Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities:
· Engage with current and potential clients to promote both new and used boat sales.
· Represent the company at international boat shows, showcasing our brand and products.
· Travel to meet with clients, building strong relationships and closing deals.
· Oversee and execute company marketing activities.
· Manage administrative tasks for our Tivat office, ensuring smooth operations.
Candidate Requirements:
· Proficiency in English and Ukrainian; knowledge of Serbian or any other language is a plus.
· Valid driving license
· A university degree or current enrollment in the final years of study.
· Strong communication skills, initiative, and a positive attitude.
· A team player with a sales-oriented mindset.
What We Offer:
· Direct reporting to the shareholders;
· Fully equipped office workspace in a beautiful Superyacht Marina.
· Standard working hours from 09:00 to 18:00, Monday to Friday, with reasonable extra hours.
