We are looking for Marketing Coordinator for our F&B venues in Tivat (Montenegro), who will be involved in planning, developing and implementing marketing campaigns to promote our brands. This includes admin tasks, 360 social media management, advertising online & offline, overlooking public relations and more.
Main responsibilities
- Work under the direction of Marketing Manager to help reach the venues marketing goals and objectives.
- Organize and plan the production of all major marketing materials by working closely with printers, sponsors, and other involved parties.
- Manage all social media platforms from creating monthly calendars, replying to all messages, updating the platforms’ info, uploading stories, scheduling posts, monitoring performance, boost campaigns etc.
- Createsand keep updated activations calendar regarding marketing initiatives.
- Createscontent, plan and draft the monthly social media calendars.
- Assist with day-to-day marketing tasks and coordinating marketing projects and activities.
- Coordinate the communications and activations with PR agencies
- Compile and submit monthly reports related to marketing such as monthly activations and social media performance.
- Continuously be updated about the trendy market promotions and track the competitor activities
Qualifications
- Degree in fields related to Marketing, Communication and Business
- Minimum 2- 3 years of experience in Marketing within the hospitality industry
- Preferably, previous experience in the Montenegrian hospitality market
- Strong social media skills & knowledge of ads
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Excellent communication and people skills
