We are seeking for Restaurant General Managers with experience in fine dining restaurants and/or luxury beach clubs for our venues in Tivat (Montenegro), who will be the mainly responsible for leading the development and execution of our brands long-term strategy, for all day-to-day management decisions and for implementing brand’s long and short-term plans.
Main responsibilities
- Accountable for our F&B outlets management performance and assurance of meeting goals.
- Maintain and provide strength to company’s brand position in the region.
- Partners with the corporate Managers in achieving business results.
- Prepare and oversee budget and financial plans for the venue.
- Collaborate with executive-level management in the development of performance goals and long-term brand operational plans.
- Set strategic goals for operational efficiency and increased productivity.
- Approve marketing plan in cooperation with Marketing team to promote operations business and ensure implementation.
- Build, develop and manage an operations team capable of carrying out needed operations and unit growth strategies in addition improving employee and guest relations.
- Provide leadership for problem resolution and improved working relationships.
- Assist Managers in overcoming obstacles to effective operations ensuring outlet operates at high quality level with an emphasis on service excellence while adhering to health and safety.
- Work closely with human resources to lead team with integrity and establish and maintain a trusting, inclusive, and productive environment
- Work closely with the purchasing department on any supply / vendor issues affecting lounge’s operations.
Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality or similar
- International experience in restaurants fine dining and/or luxury beach clubs
- Experience in nightlife venues is a plus
- Good knowledge of the market
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing high end venues
- Fluent in English
- Excellent knowledge of Food Safety, HACCP, Sanitation, and Personal Hygiene basics
- Ability to maintain high quality control standard
- Highly cooperative team spirit
- Excellent leadership skills and the ability to lead by example in a multicultural environment
- Problem-solving skills
