The Chedi Luštica Bay is looking for a
Reservations Agent who understands luxury hospitality, knows the basics about the reservations systems, has encountered with LQA or Forbes standards before (ideally both), communicates with guests with confidence and care and ensures every guest interaction reflects the standards and elegance of The Chedi brand.
Your Role
As a Reservations Agent, you will be responsible for managing guest reservations with accuracy and professionalism, ensuring a seamless booking experience while supporting revenue optimization and guest satisfaction at The Chedi Luštica Bay.
This position is based on-site and reports to the Assistant Reservations Manager / Director of Revenue.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Handling individual reservations via email, phone, and online channels in a timely and professional manner
- Providing detailed information about rooms, rates, packages, and hotel and destination services
- Accurately entering and updating reservations in the property management system (Opera)
- Ensuring all booking details, preferences, and special requests are properly recorded, traced and communicated with relevant departments
- Supporting revenue strategies through correct rate application and upselling opportunities
- Coordinating with Front Office, Sales, and other departments to ensure smooth guest arrivals
- Monitoring availability and maintaining inventory accuracy across distribution channels
- Assisting with group reservations and special booking requests when required
- Maintaining brand standards and delivering a high level of guest communication at all times
- Daily implementation of Leading Quality Assurance and Forbes Travel Guide standards
Who We’re Looking For
- A professional with experience in reservations, front office, or guest services, preferably within luxury hospitality
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable working with reservation systems and hotel software
- A service-oriented mindset with a warm and professional approach to guest interaction
- A team player who values accuracy, efficiency, and brand consistency
- Thorough knowledge of LQA and FTG standards
