The exquisite interiors have been designed by renowned French designer Claudia Ravnbo. The restaurant’s menu offers Mediterranean cuisine and changes every season.
Role Description
To wash dishes, clean cooking utensils and kitchen equipment.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensures the kitchen is clean, well maintained and organised at all times.
- Ensures floors are dry and clean at all times.
- Operates pot-washing machinery and maintain a hygienic working environment in accordance with HACCP rules and regulations
- Assists the kitchen and front of house team as and when necessary.
- Disposes of waste as per the hotel and authority standards and Adheres to recycling guidelines.
- Carry out general cleaning as directed to include sweeping, mopping up, washing up, emptying of rubbish bins and boxes ensuring placement in the correct containers
- Ensures all equipment is clean and in good working order.
- Checks all chemical levels and inventory.
- If any breakages or chipped items found then remove them from circulation and update the breakage and inventory register.
- Assists in light food preparation as directed by manager or chef on duty.
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- 1 years’ experience in a similar position
- Previous experience in luxury establishments preferred
