About the Role
As a Hostess at Sunset Hospitality Group, you will be the face of our restaurant, creating exceptional first impressions with warmth, elegance, and confidence. You will welcome guests, manage the reception area, and ensure a seamless flow of seating in line with our brand standards, delivering an outstanding dining experience from the very first moment. Working closely with the reservations and floor teams, you will maintain accurate guest information, coordinate table assignments, and communicate professionally with guests at all times.
Key Requirements
- Previous experience in a Hostess or guest-facing role within a high-end restaurant, hospitality, or luxury environment is preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a natural ability to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage reservations, coordinate seating, and maintain a smooth guest flow during busy service periods.
- Professional appearance and confident presence aligned with luxury hospitality standards.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are considered a strong advantage.
- Ability to remain composed, attentive, and service-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
