We Are Hiring: Accounting / Administrative Assistant (Montenegro)
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Accounting / Administrative Assistant to support the daily financial and administrative operations of our restaurant in Montenegro.
Responsibilities:
- Managing and tracking daily invoices and payments
- Handling bank-related transactions and follow-ups
- Managing external administrative tasks and official procedures
- Organizing accounting documents and coordinating with the accountant
- Handling outside errands and institutional visits when necessary
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting or pre-accounting
- Montenegrin citizen
- Valid driver’s license
- Intermediate or good level of English
- Responsible, organized, and reliable personality
- Ability to manage banking and administrative procedures
Job Description:
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the daily pre-accounting processes of our restaurant, handling banking transactions, and following up on necessary external administrative tasks.
