The project and your role
We are seeking a proactive
Mid/Senior QA Engineer to join our team, ensuring the highest quality for a suite of
interconnected B2B web applications in the printing industry.
The platforms manage complex, end-to-end workflows for order processing, customization, and template configuration for clients in the US and beyond. Your role is vital for guaranteeing the
reliability, scalability, and accuracy of these high-volume, mission-critical business systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute detailed functional, regression, and exploratory tests for a complex B2B application landscape.
- Interpret detailed business and technical requirements to efficiently derive comprehensive test scenarios and project estimates.
- Meticulously log, prioritize, and track defects from initial report to final resolution, collaborating closely with developers and analysts using Jira.
- Actively participate in all Scrum events (planning, grooming, stand-ups) and contribute to continuous process improvement across the QA team.
- Ensure product stability before every release by reviewing test results, managing priorities, and maintaining a high-quality focus.
- Serve as a clear and effective communicator across cross-functional teams and different time zones.
Your skills
- Proven experience in comprehensive testing (functional, regression, exploratory) of complex B2B web applications.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (including complex JOINs and filters) for critical data validation, consistency checks, and troubleshooting data integrity issues.
- Expertise in API testing using tools like Postman to validate service endpoints, data contracts, and microservice interactions.
- Ability to analyze requirements, manage test documentation, and create clear, maintainable test cases.
- Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum processes and a track record of accurately estimating testing effort.
- Hands-on experience with Load testing using tools like JMeter to assess application performance and stability under stress.
Desired Skills & Knowledge:
- Experience with test management systems (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr).
- Familiarity with test automation frameworks or scripting (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Python, or JavaScript).
