About the Position
In this role, you will become the driving force behind the development of our furnishing services. The department already exists within the company, but our goal now is to take it to the next level. Your main mission will be to actively grow the client base, attract new partners, offer comprehensive solutions, and close deals.
This position involves meeting specific sales targets, so we are looking for a specialist who takes ownership, is ambitious, result-oriented, and ready to achieve ambitious goals.
Key Responsibilities
— Develop the client base through active outreach (CRM, calls, messages, email)
— Identify and attract partners to expand the range of services
— Conduct meetings, negotiations, and presentations (in the office, at client sites, and in the showroom)
— Build and sell comprehensive solutions for clients
— Prepare commercial offers and manage the deal process through to payment
— Achieve established sales targets
— Contribute to the development and implementation of the furniture business growth strategy
— Provide regular reports to the department manager (daily, weekly, monthly)
Requirements
— Fluency in English (Russian, Serbian and other additional languages are a plus)
— Category B driving license, active driver
— Excellent communication and presentation skills
— Strong motivation and focus on financial results
— Independence, responsibility, and proactivity
— Ability to work with sales plans
— Willingness to learn and adopt internal processes and tools
— Readiness to work in Budva, MNE (incl. relocation if residing abroad)
