Job Title: Security Officer in Operations Center
Reports to: Security Manager and/or person authorized by the Executive Director
Job Description
We are looking for a responsible and professional
Security Officer in Operations Center to join our team at Lazure Hotel. As a part of our security team, your primary duty will be to ensure the safety and protection of hotel property, guests, residents, tourists, and employees.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring the security of the hotel, guests and employees.
- Conducting regular patrols in and around the hotel premises.
- Detaining and reporting offenders of violations and criminal acts to the relevant authorities.
- Recording and monitoring individuals and vehicles entering the resort premises.
- Reporting and documenting all incidents occurring within the hotel.
- Supervising parking procedures and managing internal traffic within the resort.
- Operating and monitoring security systems, including CCTV surveillance, alarm systems, fire detection, and access control systems.
- Communicating with guests, employees, law enforcement, and other security services.
- Participating in training sessions and implementing security measures in case of emergencies.
- Acting in accordance with legal regulations, ethical principles, and professional communication standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma (secondary education).
- At least two years of experience in a similar position.
- Valid security license for property and personal protection.
- No criminal record or pending legal proceedings.
- Basic knowledge of English language and computer skills.
- Responsibility, professionalism, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
- Candidates must have Montenegrin citizenship.
