Real Estate Offers Manager (New Property Search & Owner Coordination)

Responsibilities:
- Responsible to update and increase real estate portfolio
- Responsible to provide new real estate to increase portfolio and relate with real estate owners
- Closely cooperates with account managers team
- Provides support to other team members in searching for new offers
- Works with „walk in“ clients and forwards them within sales team
- Makes sure that each real estate offer complies with KPI list (description, photos, contract etc.)
- Responsible for quality control of all services provided from portfolio team-Providing offers for clients (real estate) to be part of CRM system
- Provides proposals for process improvement and better efficiency within its responsibility
- Uses CRM application for work plans and reports
- Organises his/her activities according to company rules and procedures
Your profile:
- English & Serbian proficiency (additional language will be considered as advantage)
- MS office package, CRM experience will be considered as advantage
- Market trends knowledge
- Knowledge of real estate market, pricing
- Location knowledge
- Negotiation skills
- Driving license (B category, active driver)
