Executive Assistant (French-speaking) – Strategic & Evolving Role | Podgorica
Help Build an International Venture from the Ground Up
We’re looking for a highly capable and resourceful Executive Assistant who speaks fluent French to support top management in establishing a new company presence in Podgorica, Montenegro.
This is far more than a traditional assistant role — you’ll act as a right-hand partner to the General Management, playing a key role in launching the local subsidiary. Your responsibilities will span operations, recruitment, admin, banking, and internal coordination, helping build the local structure from scratch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct executive-level support to General Management
- Organize meetings, travel, and follow-up on action items
- Serve as a liaison with local banks, vendors, and public authorities
- Support recruitment and onboarding of the local team
- Assist with HR, administrative and legal setup for the new entity
- Prepare internal reports, meeting documents, and presentations
- Translate or draft key communications in French and English
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Fluent French speaker (spoken and written) — required
- University degree or equivalent work experience
- Prior experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, or international setting
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and follow-up skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Solid knowledge of office tools (Google Workspace, MS Office, Zoom, etc.)
- Ability to work independently, with discretion and initiative
Familiarity with Montenegro’s administrative or banking systems is a plus, but not required.
Position Details:
- Based in Podgorica, Montenegro
- Full-time
- Start date: ASAP
- Local contract with trial period
- Starting salary: from €500 net/month, based on profile — with clear growth potential
