✨ Role OverviewWe are hiring a Customer Support Representative who will support riders and drivers, manage communication channels, resolve issues, and ensure seamless operations within the AdriGo ecosystem. This is a key position that directly impacts customer satisfaction and service quality.
🧾 Responsibilities- Respond to support inquiries via live chat, email, and phone
- Assist riders and drivers in resolving ride, payment, and account issues
- Manage urgent cases calmly and effectively
- Monitor app dashboards and escalate technical issues when needed
- Provide guidance on app usage, ride rules, and safety standards
- Document cases and maintain internal support logs
- Collect user feedback and communicate insights to the product team
- Represent AdriGo with professionalism and empathy
🎯 Mandatory Requirements- Fluent English (required)
- Fluent Montenegrin / Serbian (required)
- Strong communication skills
- Problem-solving ability and calm attitude under pressure
- Organized, punctual, responsible work approach
- Ability to work with CRM/support tools (training is provided)
- Flexibility for rotating shifts if needed
