We are looking for an Online Casino Manager who will oversee the day-to-day operations of our online casino platform. You will be responsible for driving player acquisition and retention, managing relationships with game providers, implementing promotional campaigns, and optimizing the overall player experience. This role requires a deep understanding of the online casino industry, analytical thinking, and a strong focus on performance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Operational Oversight: Manage the daily operations of the online casino platform, ensuring optimal performance, uptime, and player satisfaction.
- Game Management: Coordinate the integration and launch of new games and providers, maintaining a competitive and diverse game portfolio.
- Promotions & Campaigns: Design and execute promotional strategies, including tournaments, free spins, and bonus offers to increase player engagement and retention.
- Data Analysis: Monitor KPIs and performance metrics; generate reports and make data-driven decisions to optimize user experience and profitability.
- Compliance & Security: Ensure all games and promotional activities comply with licensing requirements and responsible gambling standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, customer support, and development teams to align strategies and improve the player journey.
- Supplier Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with software/game providers to negotiate deals, content schedules, and service levels.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience (3+ years) in a similar role within the online casino or iGaming industry.
- Strong understanding of online casino products, player behavior, and market trends.
- Experience with game management systems, CRM tools, and analytics platforms.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to analyze data and KPIs to make informed business decisions.
- Familiarity with licensing and compliance requirements (e.g., MGA, Curacao, UKGC) is a plus.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a bonus.
