Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Agent at CRASSULA ESTATE Montenegro located in Budva. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for:
- Field work with clients (viewings, property visits)
- Sourcing and processing real estate listings
- Facilitating property sales and rentals
- Providing personalized support throughout the buying/selling process
- Coordinating with legal and marketing teams
💰 Compensation:
During the initial 3-month training and onboarding period, the salary is €600 per month plus 10% sales commission. After this period, earnings are based on individual performance and total sales.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license (required)
- Fluent in English and Montenegrin/Serbian (another foreign language is a plus)
- Strong customer service and sales skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and in a team
