Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Waiter at Merit Starlit Hotel & Residence, located in Budva. The Waiter will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, ensuring the dining area is clean and set, and attending to guests' needs promptly. The role involves working closely with the kitchen staff to ensure orders are accurate and promptly delivered, and addressing any guest concerns to enhance their dining experience.
Qualifications
- Customer Service and Communication skills
- Experience in Food & Beverage and Food Service skills
- Basic Cooking skills are a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Positive attitude and teamwork skills
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
