Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Demi Chef, located in Boka Bay. The Demi Chef will assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Responsibilities include managing kitchen operations, maintaining cleanliness, ordering supplies, and working collaboratively with kitchen staff. The Demi Chef will also be involved in the creation of new dishes and menu planning.
Qualifications
- Experience in food preparation and cooking techniques
- Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and safety standards
- Ability to manage kitchen operations and inventory
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Creativity in developing new dishes and menu items
- Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial
- Culinary degree or relevant certification
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment
Communicating in Montenegrin andb/or English
