The Chedi Luštica Bay is the first of seven hotels within the beautiful Luštica Bay. Set on the front line of the marina, it provides a unique experience of waterfront living. IT Assistant
Reporting to: IT Manager
Duties And Responsibilities
- Maintain and troubleshoot IT systems: Provide assistance in troubleshooting support for all IT systems at the property, monitor systems, plan upgrades, and purchase new hardware and systems solutions.
- General IT support: Offer IT support to all staff and guests, ensuring smooth operation of IT systems in the hotel.
- Adhere to SOPs: Follow standard operating procedures of the hotel to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Event support: Assist in event coordination and execution by being present and supporting all IT and AV-related assignments.
- Inventory management: Help manage software and hardware inventory, ensuring accurate records and availability.
- Equipment preparation: Prepare equipment for team members, including PCs, mobile phones, setting up accounts, access cards, and other necessary items.
- Collaboration: Assist other IT team members with various assignments and projects.
- Security: Implement and maintain IT security protocols to protect hotel data and systems.
- Training: Provide training and support to staff on IT systems.
- Vendor coordination: Liaise with external vendors for IT-related services and support.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities And Other Traits
- General interest in IT field is desired
- High School diploma
- Driver Licence B Category is preferred but not mandatory
- Full working professional proficiency in English and Montenegrin languages
- Previous experience related to IT is highly desired
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to coordinate and prioritize assignments
- Ability to take quick action to resolve emergency request when needed
