Responsibilities:
- Adheres to all defined standards, procedures, and rules of conduct
- Responsible for serving drinks and food to guests and maintaining a high standard of service at all times
- Possesses knowledge of all items on the menu, wine, and beverage list; checks the daily specials, menu, and beverage and wine list
- Assists colleagues in providing guest services
- Understands and executes the details of restaurant operations
- Regularly reports work issues to superiors
- Takes care of restaurant inventory
- Provides recommendations and suggestions to guests when choosing drinks and food
- Performs operations for banquets, events, and ceremonies
- Checks guest satisfaction with the provided service
- Issues invoices and collects payments for services provided
- Prepares and organizes the dining area
- Attends all training organized by management
- Final operations: handing over daily revenue, cleaning utensils, polishing
- Maintains the work area clean and tidy at all times
- Follows all health regulations and procedures
- Executes other specific tasks as instructed by superiors.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience in similar positions
- Computer literacy
- Knowledge of the English language
