The Chedi Luštica Bay is the first of seven hotels within the beautiful Luštica Bay. Set on the front line of the marina, it provides a unique experience of waterfront living. Spa Receptionist
Spa & Wellness Department
Reporting to: Spa Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for daily operations in the spa reception, greeting and welcoming guests, providing guidance and offering spa services and products and charging for the services
- Answer telephone calls and provide accurate information to clients
- Making and coordinating bookings of spa treatments
- Handles guest requests and complaints in a polite and efficient manner, gives further instructions to the relevant staff if needed to ensure customer satisfaction and maintains a record of all complaints received from all guests
- Introduce new beauty products to clients and educate them on their uses and benefits
- Keep clients updated on currently available promotions and discounts in services offered in Spa and Health Club
- Process payments from clients for services ordered from the Spa
- Keep register of long and existing clients for them to enjoy benefits given to loyal customers
- Maintain the neatness of his/her working area
- Strict adherence to LQA and Forbes Standards
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Other Traits
- Hospitality related high school is an advantage
- Full working professional proficiency in English and Montenegrin, additional languages are a big asset
- Minimum of 1 year in the hospitality industry, preferably in reception or hosting positions
- Knowledge of LQA and Forbes Standards is a must
- Previous experience in Opera PMS is highly advantageous
- High level of knowledge and implementation of best practices and SOP's
- Excellent understanding of the industry
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer service oriented
