JOB PURPOSE
As the Head Chef, you will lead the kitchen team, develop an exciting Greek and Mediterranean menu, and ensure that every dish reflects the signature experience of Adiya Signature Hotel. This is a role for a creative and hands-on chef who enjoys working with a small, dedicated team to bring bold flavors and innovative presentations to life.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and create seasonal menus, focusing on fresh and locally sourced ingredients.
- Lead and inspire the kitchen team, ensuring efficient and smooth operations.
- Oversee breakfast, lunch, and dinner service, ensuring consistent quality and presentation.
- Collaborate with the Sous Chef and Kitchen Assistant to ensure seamless workflow.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control while minimizing waste.
- Maintain high hygiene and safety standards in all kitchen operations.
- Experiment with new ideas, flavors, and presentations to keep the menu exciting and fresh.

- An individual passionate about Mediterranean cuisine, with a love for fresh, vibrant flavors.
- Proven experience in fine dining, or high-end casual dining environment.
- A creative and hands-on approach to cooking and menu development.
- A positive leader who enjoys working in a collaborative and energetic environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
