Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager of newly opened resort located in Bar. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the resort, ensuring high standards of service of Radisson brand, managing staff, and optimizing financial performance. The role will include setting strategic goals, maintaining guest satisfaction, coordinating with department heads, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, staff management, and team-building skills
- Experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in branded hotels (preferably Radisson Hotels Group), managerial positions
- Proficiency in budgeting, financial management, and operational oversight
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to develop and implement strategic goals and policies
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Montenegrin or other languages is a plus
Salary
- Net salary of 7.000 EUR per month
- Annual bonus for target achievement 20.000 EUR
