Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Crew Member at Asian Restaurant located in Podgorica. The Restaurant Crew Member will be responsible for food preparation, communication with customers, fast food service, customer service, and cooking.
Qualifications

- Experience in Fast Food industry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
Experience & Skills
- Energetic, and adaptable to a fast-paced work environment.
- Candidates with strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- At least 1 year of experience in restaurant, preferably in large chain restaurants or startups.
- Experience in managing chain brands or high-end dining, with a strong understanding of market operations.
- Excellent customer service awareness, prioritizing customer satisfaction as the primary goal.

- Strong communication and cross-department collaboration skills, with a flexible management approach.
- Exceptional team leadership abilities to motivate and enhance team performance.
