REGIONAL BUSINESS EXPERT / BANCASSURANCE (m/f/d)
You will:
- Contribute to regional strategy and initiatives in product development, performance management, campaign planning, and technical process improvement.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs and market performance, providing insights to improve sales efficiency and product relevance.
- Collaborate with local markets to provide on Group and Regional initiatives – providing guidance on requirements and sharing best practices from across the Regional / International community.
- Prepare and contribute to presentations, workshops, and reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
- Act as the primary driver for Assurebanking initiatives across SEE, ensuring alignment with both insurance and bank partner strategies.
- In attendance with local BA head hold discussions with local markets and banking partners on model design, legal/regulatory setup, process flows, and digital integration.
- Support contract negotiation, project planning, and implementation efforts with relevant departments (e.g. Legal, IT, Sales).
- Track and report on implementation progress, challenges, and results across countries.
- Work closely with country Bancassurance leads, regional support functions, and group-level stakeholders.
- Build productive relationships with bank partners and foster cross-market knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-country workshops and training sessions to support capability building.

You have:
- University or advanced degree in Economics, Business, Finance or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in Bancassurance, Insurance Product Management, or Distribution Strategy.
- Strong understanding of Bancassurance models, insurance product lifecycle, and partnership dynamics.
- Hands-on experience in sales, product, or business development roles within insurance or banking preferred.
- Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Excellent analytical, presentation (ppt. essential), and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken); additional SEE language is a plus.
- Ability to work independently across multiple geographies and cultures.
