About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and results-driven Operations Manager to take full ownership of the company’s day-to-day operations. This key leadership role will support the owner directly and be responsible for ensuring that all business functions – from project coordination and administration to sales, finance, and marketing – run smoothly, efficiently, and in line with company goals.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee day-to-day operations across all departments (projects, admin, finance, marketing, sales)
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, legal advisors, subcontractors, and partners
• Manage timelines, budgets, and documentation for active and upcoming real estate projects
• Supervise contracts, permits, paperwork, and compliance with regulations
• Monitor financial flows, payments, reports, and cost control with accounting support
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive visibility and sales efforts
• Report directly to the company owner and support in executing strategic decisions

Who We’re Looking For
• A person who is independent, organized, and solution-oriented
• Excellent communicator who can manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines
• Strong understanding of business operations and project management
• Experience in construction, real estate, or investment companies is a strong advantage
• Fluent in Montenegrin and English; Excel and Google Workspace proficiency required
• Bachelor’s degree in economics, civil engineering, business, or similar
