Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Crew Member at Asian Restaurant located in Podgorica. The Restaurant Crew Member will be responsible for food preparation, communication with customers, fast food service, customer service, and cooking.

Qualifications

Food Preparation and Cooking skills
Communication and Customer Service skills
Experience in Fast Food industry
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Team player with a positive attitude
Previous experience in a restaurant or food service industry is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent

Experience & Skills

Energetic, and adaptable to a fast-paced work environment.
Candidates with strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
At least 1 year of experience in restaurant, preferably in large chain restaurants or startups.
Experience in managing chain brands or high-end dining, with a strong understanding of market operations.
Excellent customer service awareness, prioritizing customer satisfaction as the primary goal.

Strong communication and cross-department collaboration skills, with a flexible management approach.
Exceptional team leadership abilities to motivate and enhance team performance.
Excellent training skills to mentor and improve employee expertise.
