The Learning and Engagement Coordinator plays a pivotal role in enhancing colleague engagement and creating impactful learning experiences. Reporting to the Learning and Development (L&D) Manager, this position supports the delivery and development of training initiatives, builds relationships with schools and community stakeholders, and ensures seamless communication of engagement efforts. The coordinator also manages resources, organizes data, and fosters innovation to continuously improve colleague experiences and organizational alignment.
