Manpower Serbia is looking for an experienced professional from the hospitality industry to take on the role of Hotel Manager. This role offers the unique opportunity to create and develop new projects from the ground up within Ena Capital Partners, a family-run real estate investment company recognized for its innovative approach to developing luxury properties that blend nature, elegance, and sustainability. Ena Capital Partners is dedicated to delivering exceptional hospitality experiences through projects such as mountain homes, beachfront villas, and other unique real estate developments.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all sales and project operations, including reception, administration, hygiene maintenance, and technic maintenance
- Organize operational processes and manage all aspects of project operations.
- Establish and implement high standards of service an hospitality.
- Recruit, train, and lead a team of employees.
- Collaborate with partners and external vendors
- Develop strategies to enhance guest experience and optimize business performance
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in similar roles within the hospitality industry.
- Proven experience managing hospitality facilities (hotels, apartments, villas).
- Strong strategic planning and project management skills.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- In-depth knowledge of hospitality industry standards.
