Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Supervisor at Ma Cherie. The Restaurant Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, manage staff, ensure customer satisfaction, maintain quality service standards, and contribute to a positive dining experience for guests in Tivat.
Qualifications
- Supervisory Skills, Communication, and Customer Service skills
- Experience in ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage industry
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant industry
- Fluency in multiple languages is beneficial
