Role Overview
Noblewood Group is a privately owned production and global distribution business of super premium spirits headquartered in Montenegro. Our main brand is Beluga, among other luxury brands in the Noblewood portfolio. Noblewood Core Company's values are Excellence, Entrepreneurship, Teamwork, and Transparency.
We are looking for a Beluga Luxury Portfolio Manager in Tivat.
The ideal candidate should embody a "can do" attitude, be hardworking, and possess in-depth knowledge of the on-trade spirits industry, particularly in the cocktail culture. Previous experience as a bartender/bar manager and familiarity with marketing/activation management are highly advantageous. The successful candidate will report to the Executive Marketing Director.
Key Responsibilities and Activities
- Development and implementation of a marketing strategy for the ultra-premium brand portfolio
- Promotion of the Beluga Gold Line brand in target markets, considering their specific characteristics (international markets) to increase this product’s sales share within the Beluga portfolio
- Analysis of brand positioning and consumer insights in target markets to create targeted, customized activations— including image-building and trade marketing initiatives
- Identification of new opportunities for promoting the ultra-premium portfolio based on market insights
- Searching for relevant branding project proposals in focus markets and executing them; briefing suppliers when necessary
- Creation of guidelines, toolkits, and presentations for brand promotion partners
- Participation in the development of customized advertising materials for brand promotion, as well as the creation of ideal serving rituals, group service techniques, etc.
- Development and implementation of commercial tools to increase sales of ultra-premium products
- Close collaboration with all internal departments and external suppliers involved in the brand’s marketing and sales
- Collection, systematization, and regular updating of required market analytics; preparation of analytical reports
- Budgeting of activities in accordance with the company's budgeting principles
Requirements:
- Experience as a brand manager in the alcohol industry or luxury FMCG
- Experience as an on-trade department head is a plus
- Understanding of commercial principles, with experience in a commercial department also welcome
- English language proficiency at an advanced level
- Willingness to relocate to Montenegro (Tivat)
