As part of our commitment to excellence, we are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at our Budva office.
Key responsibilities:
- Relationship Building: Establishing and nurturing lasting relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Strategic Planning: Developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals.
- Team Leadership: Leading, motivating, and supporting a sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Proven skills in Sales, Business Development, and Negotiation.
- Proficiency in English and local languages (knowledge of Russian is a plus).
- Strong background in Client Relationship Management and Account Management.
- A valid driver’s license and car ownership.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Previous sales experience in real estate or a related industry is essential.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
