Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a B2B Manager at CMM Investment Consulting Group in Budva. The B2B Manager will be responsible for business planning, sales operations, customer service, communication, and utilizing analytical skills in day-to-day tasks.
- Do research and connects with business partners via the Internet and business networks (LinkedIn, etc.), conducting negotiations and concluding partnerships and managing partnerships;
- Maintain good relationships with existing clients and business partners
- Work closely with the team to drive sales to meet monthly/quarterly target
- Monitors market development and compiles development plans;
- Plans to expand the sales market and marketing activities;
- Leads the Company's advertising and marketing campaign;
- Plans and prepares participation in fairs, exhibitions and presentations;
- Conducts market research with the aim of the best choice of clients;
- Performs internal and external correspondence, organizes meetings and conducts negotiations live and through the media;
- Reports on potential bids and bid changes;
- Holds trainings and trains employees in franchise offices and partners;
- Sends the work plan for the next working day;
- Respects the code, algorithms and all regulations of the Company;
