We are currently seeking an HR Administrative Assistant to join our team at the Eurostars Queen of Montenegro. In this role, you will work closely with the General Manager to support the property’s HR needs, ensuring compliance with local regulations and fostering a positive employee experience.
About the Role
As an HR Administrative Assistant, you will provide vital support to the General Manager, handling recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration tasks. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, organized, and well-versed in local labor laws.
What Will You Do?
- HR Administrative Support: Assist the General Manager with HR tasks and projects, ensuring smooth operations across the property.
- Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Post job openings on relevant platforms and assist with candidate sourcing.
- Conduct initial resume screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage the onboarding process, ensuring new hires are equipped with all necessary tools and information.
- Coordinate with IT and other departments to arrange equipment and credentials for new employees.
- Employee Records and Contracts: Maintain and update employee records, prepare contracts, manage renewals, and ensure all documentation complies with Montenegrin labor laws.
- Employee Engagement: Support the organization of team-building activities, office events, and company-wide gatherings.
- Compliance and Policies: Monitor adherence to local labor regulations and internal policies, ensuring compliance and advising the General Manager on necessary updates.
What Are We Looking For?
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or secretary in a fast-paced environment. HR experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of Montenegrin labor laws and employment regulations is mandatory.
- Fluency in Montenegrin (spoken and written) is essential. Proficiency in English is also required.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A proactive and detail-oriented attitude, with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
