Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the seamless execution of tours, transportation, and activities in line with the OceanAir brand standards.
Ensure optimal allocation of resources (vehicles, equipment, personnel) to meet demand without compromising service quality.
Manage, mentor, and motivate the operations team, including guides, drivers, and support staff. Ensure continuous training to maintain high performance and customer satisfaction.
Work closely with the Business Development Manager to align operational capabilities with business growth strategies, ensuring operational readiness for new initiatives, tour packages, and service expansions.
Collaborate with transport, service, and venue teams to ensure all elements of tours are coordinated efficiently.
Monitor and maintain the quality of services, implementing regular checks and customer feedback reviews to identify and resolve issues.
Ensure all guest experiences are memorable and meet or exceed expectations, resolving operational issues that may arise on the spot.
Ensure all tours and activities comply with local and international safety standards, implementing regular training and audits.
Enforce environmentally responsible and culturally respectful practices in all operational areas.
Work with local vendors, contractors, and service providers to secure best terms and quality service delivery.
Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of vehicles and other operational equipment to ensure safety and performance.
Maintain and control inventory related to operations, such as uniforms, tour materials, and equipment, ensuring availability and timely replenishment.
Optimize operational processes to ensure cost-effective management without compromising quality.
Provide regular updates on operations, efficiency, and any operational challenges to the Director of Operations.
Provide regular updates on operational metrics that support business growth discussions with the Business Development Manager.
Act as the primary contact for emergencies or unexpected situations, coordinating a fast, effective response to ensure minimal disruption.

Required Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Tourism, or a related field.
5 years of proven experience in Operations, Tours, Excursions and Packages in Montenegro.
Excellent English skills, and European languages are a plus.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
Strong verbal and written communication for dealing with clients and team members.
A focus on enhancing the guest experience and handling inquiries or complaints.
Ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel.
Understanding of tourism trends and market dynamics.
Knowledge of regulations and compliance in the tourism industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Adaptability to changing environments and demands.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Be willing to relocate to other destinations in the Balkans, U.A.E or Egypt, to assist in either Quality Inspection & Observation or Operations as required.
