We are seeking a meticulous and highly organized Transportation Manager, a hospitality professional who thrives in a luxury environment and is committed to seamless logistics, guest comfort, and impeccable service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Cost Management & Revenue Optimization
- Drive cost efficiencies by optimizing fuel consumption, maintenance schedules, and workforce allocation while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Identify and develop additional revenue opportunities through premium transportation services and tailored guest experiences.
- Monitor and manage the transportation department budget through regular financial reviews and performance analysis.
Boat Operations & Transportation Management
- Optimize boat scheduling to maximize efficiency and minimize unnecessary trips and fuel consumption.
- Monitor boat movements in real time and ensure the effective utilization of available resources.
- Manage fleet capacity in line with seasonal demand and guest requirements.
- Coordinate guest transfers and transportation logistics in collaboration with relevant departments.
- Maintain effective communication with boat owners, skippers, charter operators, and hotel teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Liaise with maritime authorities and regulatory bodies when required.
- Monitor weather conditions and proactively communicate operational risks and recommendations to management.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Maintenance, Safety & Compliance
- Ensure all boats meet the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and operational readiness.
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee routine and preventive boat maintenance.
- Conduct regular inspections and ensure timely resolution of identified issues.
- Maintain full compliance with maritime regulations, safety standards, and legal requirements.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping for maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve safety procedures and operational protocols.
- Monitor compliance with safety regulations and prevent boat overloading.
- Foster a strong culture of safety and accountability across the team.
Team Leadership & Development
- Monitor team performance and provide ongoing coaching, support, and performance feedback.
- Organize and deliver regular safety, operational, and professional development training.
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and operational excellence.
- Plan and optimize staffing schedules and workforce allocation.
Guest Experience
- Ensure transportation services consistently meet and exceed hotel and guest service standards.
- Establish guest feedback mechanisms and implement service improvements where needed.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop customized transportation solutions and premium guest experiences.

Experience in luxury hospitality is strongly preferred, along with adequate knowledge of English.
