Role Description The Finance Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Podgorica. This role oversees day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting. The Finance Manager monitors store performance, analyzes financial data, and provides insights to support strategic decisions and operational improvements. Responsibilities include managing accounts payable and receivable, coordinating with external auditors, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies, and maintaining accurate financial records. The Finance Manager also collaborates with management to optimize costs, support inventory and pricing decisions, and implement financial controls that protect the business.
