POSITION OVERVIEW
As a part of Commercial Team Marketing Manager is a key role to lead our marketing initiatives and drive business growth. In this position, you will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that enhance brand positioning, penetrate new markets, and achieve revenue targets. Reporting to the Corporate Director of Marketing and Communication, you will oversee all aspects of the marketing mix, manage a team of marketing professionals, and collaborate closely with Sales and Revenue Departments to ensure alignment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Strategy & Leadership
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and revenue targets.
Manage the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively for maximum ROI.
2. Campaign Management
Plan and oversee end-to-end multi-channel campaigns (digital, print, events, PR) to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
Ensure consistent brand messaging and identity across all marketing collateral and touchpoints.
3. Market Analysis & Insights
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer insights.
Track, measure, and report on campaign performance and overall marketing KPIs to senior leadership.
Use data analytics to refine strategies and optimize future marketing efforts.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with the Sales and Revenue team to align marketing efforts with lead generation and conversion goals.
Partner with Product Development to guide go-to-market strategies for new products or features. Liaise with external agencies, vendors, and partners to extend marketing reach and capabilities.
5. Content & Digital Oversight
Oversee the content strategy for websites, blogs, social media, and email newsletters.
Ensure the company's digital presence (SEO, website, social platforms) is optimized and engaging.
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field (MBA is a plus).
5+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that delivered measurable business results.
Technical Skills
Digital Marketing Expertise: Familiar of SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
Analytics Proficiency: Experience with Google Analytics, marketing dashboards, and data analysis tools to track performance and ROI.
Marketing Automation: Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo).
Budget Management:
Experience managing significant marketing budgets and allocating resources effectively.
Leadership & Soft Skills
Strategic Thinking: Ability to see the big picture and develop long-term plans aligned with business objectives.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present ideas and reports to senior leadership clearly.
Language: English Advance, second language is preferable.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to overcome challenges and optimize performance.
Collaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Revenue and external partners.
Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adjusting strategies based on market changes or data insights.
