Dukley Hotels & Resort is a premium luxury destination on the Adriatic coast, renowned for its personalized service, exclusive experiences, and attention to every detail. We are seeking a dynamic, professional, and outgoing Hebrew-speaking team member to join our Guest Relations & Reservations department, serving both individual and group guests.
Key Responsibilities
1. Reservations & Sales Support
- Manage and process accommodation and restaurant reservations for Hebrew-speaking guests
- Use reservation and CRM systems (preferably SevenRooms, Opera PMS) to track bookings, guest preferences, and special requests
- Upsell rooms, villas, premium experiences, and dining packages
- Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with a warm, professional, and approachable demeanor
- Maintain accurate guest profiles and follow up to ensure seamless service
2. Guest Relations & Front-of-House
- Welcome and assist guests at Shalom Restaurant and other Dukley venues
- Welcome group representatives, VIPs, and individual guests with exceptional attention to detail
- Anticipate guest needs and create personalized experiences during their stay
- Liaise with internal teams (Front Office, Concierge, F&B, Spa, Beach) to ensure smooth guest experiences
- Maintain excellent interpersonal communication with guests and colleagues
3. Marketing & Communication Support
- Collaborate closely with Hotel Management, Sales, and Marketing teams on campaigns, promotions, and guest engagement strategies
- Translate and proof Hebrew-language marketing materials, menus, and communications
- Contribute ideas for guest engagement, social media, and promotional initiatives
- Ensure brand messaging aligns with Dukley’s luxury positioning
Requirements
- Fluent in Hebrew and English – very fluent in both spoken and written communication (mandatory)
- Knowledge of Russian , Montenegrin is a significant plus
- Experience in luxury hospitality, reservations, or guest relations preferred
- Strong personality with excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Professional, approachable, and guest-oriented demeanor
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced luxury environment
- Team player with a collaborative mindset
