About the role
We are looking for a communicative and client-oriented Lead Manager who thrives in a fast-paced international environment and is passionate about real estate. This position is part of the Global Department and plays a crucial role at the early stage of the client journey. The Lead Manager’s main goal is to build trust and interest, qualify the lead, and prepare the client for an in-person property visit in Montenegro, where our sales team can complete the deal. You will represent the company to potential buyers, uncover their needs, and propose tailored real estate options - guiding them all the way to booking a visit.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and engage both inbound leads and your own client network, including outreach at events and industry activities
- Introduce the company’s services and build strong, trust-based relationships with prospective clients
- Identify client needs, create detailed client profiles, and assess their readiness to purchase
- Research and propose suitable real estate options that match each client’s goals and preferences
- Act as a trusted advisor, offering insights into the Montenegrin property market and the purchase process
- Collaborate closely with the sales team by handing over qualified, well-prepared leads
- Coordinate and facilitate client visits to Montenegro
- Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, and networking events
- Maintain accurate, organized records and communication history in the CRM system
Requirements
- Fluency in Montenegrin and English (other languages is a plus)
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to establish trust and connection with clients from the first interaction
- Strong sales mindset: ability to identify opportunities, handle objections, and move clients forward in the decision-making process
- Comfortable working with sales targets and consistently driving clients toward meaningful outcomes
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or real estate is a strong advantage
- Self-motivated, organized, and proactive in managing client interactions and follow-ups
