Your mission will be to plan, organize, and supervise the entertainment activities carried out at the hotel, ensuring that customer expectations are met.
✔️ How does the day-to-day look like for a Waiter?
Responsibilities include:
- Apply the working methods, procedure manual, and work instructions of Iberostar, in addition to ensuring their compliance.
- Excellent management of interpersonal relationships (customer orientation, friendliness, people skills, etc.)
- Check/Tidy up tableware.
- Assembly of banquet or restaurant structures.
- Transport beverages from the storeroom to the service area.
- Serve guests and prepare drinks when necessary.
